We must start asking that floating tree debris, etc. caught around the boat ramp and piers NOT be brought up and left along our seawall unless you can bring it all the way up to the firepit.
The Trash Container located in the picnic pavilion is there as a courtesy for members and their families using the picnic area and playground for just that trash. That Receptacle is NOT there for household trash bags from individual’s homes as we continue to find kitchen type bags of trash in that can.
Also, rule #3 reminds you about Pets on a leash and picking up after them.
We remind everyone that our Playground is ONLY for members and their guests. IF violators are abusing our generosity, you have the Right to kindly ask them to leave before calling White County Sheriffs at 574-583-2251 (non-emergency phone number).
Our Speed Limit is a Strict 5 m.p.h. Keep it SLOW,
you never know how many children are around !
And always keep our roads clear of unattended vehicles
in case of emergency vehicles needing access.
The Golf Cart population has continued to increase. NO KIDS are allowed to drive ALONE.
Rule#14 in section III, states: “Golf carts shall only be driven by a licensed driver or when accompanied by a licensed adult. Also, Please refrain from driving between homes and on personal property of others.
Our boat ramp is for members use ONLY !!!
Please remember and remind your guests that the boat ramp is dangerously slippery. Please Be Careful !
Also our new common pier next to the boat ramp requires the constant reminder for swimmers to only jump off the END of the pier and NOT either side where it is dangerously shallow.
And please replace the swim ladder to its full and upright position with the “pin” in place to secure it.
Please mix up the combination lock to the ramp immediately after opening it, otherwise, anyone that comes along can see the combination just by looking at the lock. Don’t forget, it needs a push in and click before it releases and opens. That same combination also opens the garage door from a numeric keypad on the barn. Flip up the small access door to the keypad, press the combo & then ENTER.
To close the door; just press “ENTER.” The association shared side of the barn stores the wheel barrel, air compressor, push mower, ladders, banquet tables, basketballs and volleyball net set. It also houses a Jon boat for members' use of installing and removing their piers.
Remember, you are responsible for any items removed and locking the barn back up again.
President, Mark Klaczak and the Board of Directors, would like to sincerely THANK all the volunteers who lend a helping hand for their continued hard work, dedication and efforts in volunteering their time in the association projects, landscaping and overall maintaining the beauty of our park and association.

We MUST Remind everyone that no matter how little grass you might have to cut, please do so or make arrangements to have your grass cut. It is each members responsibility to see that their lawn and the appearance of their Property, Home, Sheds, etc. are the best possible. This is stated in our Rules and Regulations - section III, #25 & #26.
Any new structures, decks, buildings, sheds, or room additions must first be approved by the Building Committee consisting of Mark Klaczak and Don Lindholm.
A Golden Beach Club Building permit will be issued to you after confirming that you will be within your property lines including the new Rule D.1 Set-Back restriction measurements are taken from the foundation footprint. Eaves/Gutters/Overhangs must not exceed 16” from the foundation footprint.
Rule E. states your home/structure foundation footprint must be at least 18” inside your property line. And that any digging that may occur will not damage existing underground utilities. Keep in mind that the White County Building Commission also requires their Building Permit which you should personally acquire. BUT, our association is no longer required to get “Variances” from White County.
Any new boat dock/pier, permanent “Boat House” or questions on your location should be brought to the attention of the Pier Committee consisting of Joe "Stretch" Vinci, Marv Bult and Mark Klaczak.

at ANY time.
