Our Golden Beach Club community mourns the passing of 2 of our neighbors since the start of 2025.
We sadly share the news of the passing of
Bill Brennan who passed away January 4, 2025.
and,
We sadly share the news of the passing of
Tom Walker who passed away January 19, 2025.
We wish to extend our deepest sympathies and most sincere condolences to the family of Bill Brennan, and the family of Tom Walker.
They will both be dearly missed as wonderful neighbors to the Golden Beach Club community.
May they Rest In Peace.

Golden Beach Club is celebrating its 44th. ANNIVERSARY
as a Home Owners Association.
August 25, 1981 was the date that original land owner - John Albertson officially adopted what we now know as our Golden Beach Club Home Owners Association.
